Modular Construction
The electric immersion heater features a modular design consisting of:
- Tube assembly
- Long-life heating cartridge
- Terminal casing
- Lead connection
The Immersion Heater Tube
We provide optimal materials for every application. The heated length (minimum immersion depth) is marked by a ring at approximately two-thirds of the tube length. The tube remains unheated above this mark, and the heated portion must always remain submerged in liquid, even with significant liquid level fluctuations.
The Long-Life Heating Cartridge
Our heating cartridges feature:
- Ceramic groove bodies with high electrical insulation values
- Excellent mechanical strength
- High-temperature resistance heating wire coiled for optimal heat radiation
- Available in rated power voltages up to 500V for single, two, and three-phase connections
